Welcome to the exchange students for the summer semester of 2026

This semester, 27 international students are studying at the FIW for one semester. They come from a total of 11 different countries and bring with them a wide range of perspectives, experiences and cultures.

They were welcomed by Prof. Dr Peter Braun (International Affairs Officer) and Franziska Königer (Coordinator for Internationalization).

During a joint information session, the students were given all the key details about their studies at the FIW and about life in Würzburg.

Even though not all exchange students were present at the start, there is already a great sense of anticipation: over the coming weeks, the campus will become even more international. A total of 27 students will be spending a semester with us.

We are delighted to welcome the exchange students to the FIW and wish everyone a great start, many exciting experiences and an unforgettable time in Würzburg.
